Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as board warping or pin quality issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear from heavy long-term use, nor damage caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme moisture or direct sunlight which may affect natural wood).
Digital Support: All user tutorials, quality certificates, and technical support are provided in digital format via email to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.
